Most writing in this space describes the outcome and skips the work. This site does the opposite: how long things take, how many people stop, what a day actually contains, and what the numbers really look like.
That is less exciting and considerably more useful. Someone who knows week three is brutal before they get there has a real chance of getting past it.
What we sell
Almost nothing. Some pages carry affiliate links and most do not. Where something is recommended, the page will have arrived there by argument rather than started there.
