Why it is easier to enter than MMO
Make money online has the highest commissions and the most competition. Personal development has depth instead: confidence, habits, productivity, sleep, focus, discipline, public speaking, relationships. Each is effectively its own niche with its own language and its own audience.
That depth is what lets a newcomer find a corner without competing head-on with an established name in week one.
The part nobody mentions
You can talk about habits for two years. Talking about making money online for two years, before you have made any, is much harder and it shows. Content sustainability is the quiet reason people survive in one niche and burn out in the other.
