People read the top row and start there. Payout per sale is only one of four numbers, and it is the one that matters least when your traffic is zero.
What matters first is whether you can produce content in that niche for six months without running dry. A medium payout you can sustain beats a high payout you abandon in week five, every single time.
The arithmetic that settles it
Ten sales of a $497 product clears more than a hundred and seventy sales of a $47 one. So the real question is not which niche pays best, it is what price point you can credibly promote.
