Getting started
The First 90 Days, Week by Week
A plan you can hold yourself to, with the quit-point marked on it.
| When | What you do | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 | Pick niche and offer. Post three times. | Offer choice matters more than anything else this week |
| Weeks 2–3 | Post daily. Expect nothing. | This is where people stop |
| Weeks 4–6 | Keep posting. Start replying properly. | Conversations begin to matter more than reach |
| Weeks 7–9 | Patterns appear. Do more of what worked. | First sales commonly land in here |
| Weeks 10–12 | Double down. Review the four numbers. | Now the measurement earns its keep |
The quit-point is marked for a reason
Weeks two and three are where almost everyone stops. Knowing that in advance is genuinely most of the defence — when it arrives and feels like evidence that this does not work, you can recognise it as the scheduled part rather than a verdict.
What to judge at day 90
Not income. Judge whether the four numbers moved: posts, comments, conversations, clicks. If those are rising and sales are not, the problem is your offer and it is fixable. If they are flat, you did not post enough, and that is also fixable.
Either way you will know something. That is worth more than another month of deliberating.
